1. Our Protected Marks

Python Institute LLP owns registered or pending trademarks covering our programmes and services.

• Python Institute® — core certification brand.
• Python Training Institute® — instructor-led learning services.
• Python Coaching® — personalised mentoring.
• PICEP™, PICAP™, PICPP™, PICA™ — certification designations.

2. Python Software Foundation Notice

“Python” is a registered trademark of the Python Software Foundation (PSF). Python Institute is an independent organisation and is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with the PSF.

We reference the Python programming language under fair use to describe our certification scope while always attributing ownership to the PSF.

3. Who May Use Our Marks

• Certified professionals: May display their credential acronym and digital badge on résumés, professional profiles, and proposals.
• Academic partners: Approved institutions may reference us in catalogues and marketing assets following supplied brand guidelines.
• Press & media: Journalists may use our name solely to describe factual coverage of programmes or achievements.

4. Usage Requirements

• Accuracy: Use the full official name of the certification or programme.
• Integrity: Do not alter logos, colours, or typography from the brand assets provided.
• Attribution: Include the ® or ™ symbol on first mention where appropriate.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using our marks in a company name, domain name, or social handle without written consent.
• Implying partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement where none exists.
• Modifying badge artwork or combining it with other logos.

6. Requesting Permission

If your intended use is not covered above, submit a trademark usage request:

• Organisation name, contact information, and website.
• The marks you want to use and the exact context (print, web, video, etc.).
• Distribution scope, timeline, and draft artwork or copy for review. Most requests receive a response within 10–15 business days.

7. Reporting Misuse

Help us protect the value of your certification by reporting suspected infringement.
